I am bummed, though, because I can’t really work out. So I am putting myself on a diet. Sad Jackie is sad. I don’t really like “dieting” but I don’t want to get out of shape. Beginning today, I am dropping rice and sweets from my diet. Next week, I will drop flour. I’m nervous because I haven’t “dieted” in quite a while. Wish me luck!
What a Pain in the Neck!
Both literally and figuratively.
I finally went to the doctor after having neck and back pain since the end of October. Well, I happen to have 3 bulging disks and muscle spasm(s) in my neck. I haven’t had an MRI of my back but it hurts so I’m sure I have some there, too. Now, this is better than my worst fear of what was wrong when I was suffering from headache, ear aches, chest pains and tingling in my arm so I’m not complaining too, too much. I’m keeping perspective, remember? 🙂

There are lots of healthy and yummy gluten fee options at places like Whole Foods and Trader Joes! You should try them out 🙂
