I’ve been contemplating deleting this blog for a while. This and my tumblr because it just feels odd to express myself on the internet for the public to view. Sharing pieces of my life on public platforms worries me sometimes so I’ve decided to delete and/or make private my public accounts.
While I was in law school, I had these things because they served a really great purpose of connecting with significant others of military members. Law school kept me busy but I lived at home and I felt lonelier than usual at times — not to mention stressed about the school work, internships and pressure of finding a job. Then, there was deployment which was a long stretch of time apart and I decided blogger could be better than tumblr, where I felt much older than the others girls.
Now, I’m working and I’ve matured and Tim is coming homefor goodsoon. I don’t think this is serving the same purpose it once did. While in law school it was a wonderful distraction. Now, it feels like an obligation and I feel bad for feeling that way. Sooooo, this is my last non-password protected blog post. I will eventually probably be deleting it, as I have my twitter (for the millionth time) and possibly tumblr. One day, Facebook might go as well but that’s a long shot . . .
This way, I’ll focus less on social media and keeping up with all of accounts and focus more on myself, getting fit and eating healthier, and reading. I really have to work on those things. I don’t know why but my motivation for them has declined so much.
Thank you to everyone who’s reached out to me with positive thoughts and comments. It really did help me when I needed it most!!

I'm sad to read this too b/c I"ve been away from blog lovin and now have you added to my blogger list. but i know the feeling. i go private at times too. esp when certain sites are found on my tracker that go by gomi. which i think needs to be banned but thats another convo for another day
